    1986 Ford Crown Victoria

Hey guys im George from Chicago, Ill, and this is my '86 Crown Vic. I bought it in August for $525, and have replaced the shocks, and other then that just preformed regular maintenance on it. It just turned 142K yesterday. I also put the Police style center caps on it.

Nice car. Weird paintjob, but I like it.

              Thanks guys!

I swear this is the most comfortable car I have ever owned, My '75 Montego is really great, but nothing can compare to these seats. And the back seat, well you know, haha.

I agree the paint is odd, but it grows on you.

I really want to do a few minor performance mods, where would you guys start?

              Thanks, George

I love that color scheme. There is a Vic limited around here that has creme w/ creme vinyl roof. Looks like a great ride.

Haha thanks for the positive replies guys. I originally bought it as a winter beater, but then i realized, "hey this car is kinda nice". I really like this car a lot, and it rides like a champ. Just took a 125 mile drive this morning, and it was awesome (got 24.3 mpg too!)

I plan to get duals sometime soon, I just want a muffler that is good sounding, but not as aggressive as the Flowmasters in my '75 Merc.

                          Thanks, George
