    you can pull the clutch off and swap it, but you need a special tool to do it correctly and 50% of the time it damages the front seal.

    none of the parts stores around here rent the tool either.

      Well I talked to my friendly guy at the a/c shop who's going to be doing the work and he said that it will work fine to swap clutches out. I'm sure he's got the tool. Thanks for the info!
