    Axle Codes

    Courtesy of member Good Samaritan. Thanks!!!

    These will/should appear on the sticker on the driver's side door. It sill be listed under "AXLE".
    For example, if the axle code says "8", then it's an open diff with 2.73s.
    If it says "K", then it's a locking diff with 3.55s.

      My collegue found description on differential case: 3 27 86 6B06. Can You help with decode ?

        If that’s the tag on the axle, it sounds like a 3.27 open.
