all early surface rust save for the bottom of the drivers door and bottom of the passenger quarter panel-

top drivers side corner of the windshield. errr
bottom of the drivers door (clogged drain im assuming)
the seams between the front clip and the tail lights.
                door jam body welds
                under the rear trunk shelf
above the frame in the rear near the wheels
                the bottom of the trunkpan
underneath the trunk weather stripping and behind the tail lights.
behind the passenger side door molding
                both lower quarter panels
and im sure im missing some

then the frame is rotted and soft behind both front wheels (which is fine for now)

also not that it really matters but the inside of the bumpers is starting to look pretty nasty.

so ill be having a lot re-chromed, new seat upholstery due to fading, and ill either clean up and repair my chassis or find a nice clean one to start with.

when its all said and done the car will truly be show condition with a pirdy undercarriage. obviously leaving out tons of other things but thats the long term plan for her.

just payed for my NOS InstaClear from ProSource Glass. $1477 shipped.

it was the last one they could get a hold of, very possibly the last easily found InstaClear in the entire country.

                              Very Nice!

Takes alot more effort, time, and money to keep something 100% original during a restoration, than it does to modify things. Your commitment to originality is commendable. I want to be the same way with my Lincoln this time.
