idk why but I really like the contour. It is smaller, front wheel drive, has a v6, way less miles than the other cars, newer, and looks stealthy in the black paint making it a good dd in my eyes. Personally I would love to just have the 94 Escort my grandma has but she is still well and driving fine so that aint happening. Contour is a good daily in my opinion. Plus i like the spoiler on the trunk.:rice:~David~

contours like to crap trannies for the first year models (IIRC). I don't remember which year model that was. They also like to crap interior moldings (the ones around the headliner). I know a few people that had the piece right over their left shoulder (driver seat) drop on them while headed down the road. Other than that... they're pretty reliable from what I've heard.
