'84 Town Car noob and eff you I'm from Texas!

Hey guys my name is Chad and I like to party, so I joined GMN! I also joined because of this '84 Lincoln I purchased last week. I've had all kinds of cars, but this is a first, couldn't pass it up for the price! I get to be the third owner, the second owner I bought it from only had the car for a year.

About the car...it has 82,000 miles and was garaged most of the time by the original owner. I have a shit load of documents and maintenence records for it, as well as the build sheet. The second owner had his mechanic go through the car and replace hoses, ac system, give it a tune-up, tires, and shocks. Well today we had some storms roll through DFW that included hail! Of course, I decide to drive it to work today. I found one little ding in the trunk so far...but the vinyl top now has little cracks all over it.
I'll get some pics of the damaged top later, but here's a couple for now.

        welcome.

I always check the weather for the day at accuweather.com before I pull my Mark VI out of the garage.

Nice to see another Texas guy here... and so close. I'm in Lewisville.

Very nice car there. I love the color combo and the factory wire wheels look great. Shame about the hail damage.
