I changed to 16 in wheels and I want to put center caps on. Any idea's on where to find any and what fits?

go to the junk yard. all the police center caps work. even the center caps from a ford ranger/explorer will work, since the bolt patern is the same. i have ranger center caps on my 2door coupe. just be sure to get atleast 3 of the fancy lug nuts, with the collar on them. the lug nut is what the center cap clips on to.

I looked int the yards, that's where I found the wheels. Talk to the guys in the tire/wheel shop. They often have a pile of center caps somewhere since they remove any good wheels/tires for resale before the car makes it to the yard. Might not find 4 in one visit though.

I got caps for my '98 and just picked up a set for my '04 right off of Ebay. Paid around $40 for each set of 4 in great shape. They are hard to find in junk yards here as well, and most of the guys that run the yards dont know the difference between the years and a police/civilian CV.
