Good car to kill people in. Skull and crossbones on the hood, 'Black Death' scripted down the fenders. Nod to Animal House.

Cheap, but the jack is way better than a bumper jack:

I have the Autozone version of that jack set. the jack can't get the tire off the ground using the frame. You have to get it under the car on the lower control arm or the shock mount on the rear axle to get the tires off the ground. This requires added strength for the under the car angle required. To use the jack on the frame requires an added 2x4 spacer.

+1 I have the same jack. It barely lifts the car and makes a lot of noises that don't sound so good. It's just too small. I got a much larger floor jack and the difference is night and day.

I would still buy that set to get the two extra jack stands.

my jack makes no noise.. just needs the 2x4 on top to get enough lift. For replacing the bumper jack in the trunk though, it's a nice small package, but just remember to pack a 2x4 block for spacing. to get enough lift.

I had to use a 2 x 4 on my 85 TC with one of those little jacks now that you mention it. Good save!
