    Steel Front Bumpers

    Do anyone recall what year the steel front bumpers are on? I have a rear one thats getting re-chromed. My front bumper is aluminum and supposedly cost goes up to chrome aluminum the guy is saying.

    i think most of the sedans had the steel bumper. my 85 had a steel

        Not to hijack the thread, but I've got a 88-91 bumper or two. I think one of them is steel.
        Owner of the only known 5 speed box wagon with a lift kit.
        AKA, Herkimer the Hillbilly SUV.

                    I can sell both of my 80 because i got tired of them catching on my knees. Will go with 88-91 instead. They are not damaged or rusted at all.
