the '80 mark VI cartier is rare. Especially if it has the plush seats. One of my favorite designer mark VI's. Its not a bad price neither, if its in solid condition.

Don't know if any of these will work on our cars, but lightning supercharger $300 http://akroncanton.craigslist.org/pts/4241675941.html

        Edelbrock intake Torker II for 351w carb'd $125 http://akroncanton.craigslist.org/pts/4206333493.html

Edelbrock upper & lower for 5.8 trucks, claims setup from summit would be $1k but he's asking $350obo http://akroncanton.craigslist.org/pts/4215165059.html probably too tall for under our hoods right?

I wish I could afford those heads, if the work was done right they could be a cheap alternative to the twisted wedge heads, but I don't have those numbers memorized & I'm too lazy to look 'em up right now.

1980 was the first year for the digital dash.

Yup. The digital dash was introduced in 1980.

My mark needs the 2-door trim piece for the nugget end of the center-line rubber molding. This one doesn't even have that part.

Sorry Sly, I thought it was a two door, but didn't recall if it could have been a back of the door edge trim or something interchangeable.

I saw that! Tempting. But I've heard installing those headers is a real pain.

Yeah the diminishing return on the money spent makes this not exactly worth it unless you had a severely damaged exhaust or were going full race on the motor.
