thats what i was gonna do. i got a buddy who knows of a semi truck salvage yard around me so im gonna try to pull a couple horns off one to put in Leroy

so i timed my 0-60 yesterday. when it had the stock exhaust, it was runnin about 8.2, yesterday it ran 7.6 with just the cats and h pipe...bigger difference than i woulda thought.

the list of repairs keeps rising. i have discovered a power steering leak, though i have not located the source. the right hand axle seal is now leaking. the torque converter is shuddering worse than ever now. the ducts for the dash vents are screwed and no air flows out of them. the fuel gauge doesnt work so i use the trip meter to estimate how much gas i have. my speakers are starting to shit themselves. i need new tires. and the trans takes forever to shift into reverse after i move the shifter. all this on top of the exhaust work that i still have to do...next spring is gonna be a fun one

That's the thing with these cars, they run fine and then five different things need fixing at the same damn time. For the air ducts though, do you know if your blower motor is still working? Mine stopped blowing air too and it was because the connector to the blower motor was really old and basically fell apart.

oh yeah, blower motor works fine! the floor and defrost vents blow normally, its just the damn dash vents. its been like that since my dad bought it, he took it to his mechanic who said it was fine, but its obviously not

installed the glasspacks today...sounds amazing! i like the sound better than when it had no mufflers at all, its a deeper, more growl now.

dad got pissed at me yesterday after i installed the glasspacks cuz i was revvin the snot out of it and he said it was shakin the house...sweet! and he said if he was one of our neighbors he woulda complained...even sweeter! i guess he never saw the commercial..."Cherry Bomb. Disturbing the peace since 1968."

just picked Leroy up from the exhaust shop. got the tail pipes done. unfortunately theyre the stock 2". was gonna go with 2.25" but he said it woulda costed me more since he woulda had to custom bend the pipes

upon further inspection (with a tape measure) the guy at the muffler shop did install 2.25" pipes...guess he decided not to charge me any extra for em
