My Mark VII was bathed in Armor-All weekly for 18 years before I got it. I dislike the stuff and within 3 months the dashboard had cracks in it. The vinyl is completely petrified from that nonsense.

Ace hardware sells 303. I use that sh*t for everything plastic vinyl or rubber including my top and tires. Works great, no run off from rain. Another cool trick for the top and tires... Mop and Glow! Works really well, has uv protection and gives a nice shine.

floor wax is not intended to be used on vinyl. I would not be using that.

Maybe not but it is intended for use on Vinyl floors. Vinyl is vinyl. It's been used on vinyl tops for years. Google it. I've used it on my 1977 marquis for several years and on my 83 I have now. It works very well.

Mink oil helps condition and shine it up but you'll still need sealer.

Blue Magic spot and stain remover is good stuff. I would read the msds sheet and see if it is silicone based and if not then go for it.

Soap mild warm water and sponge doesn't work, any other way to get vinyl clean, I have stains on it

On my original top before it was replaced I used armor all one time and I kid you not it had more spits in it then it did the day before.

I am another 303 fanatic. Expensive...maybe, but so is replacing the top. Use the right product and you will save money.
This happened to me too, with the armor all.
