    1984 Grand Marquis

I finally bought a panther. I haven't had one in quite a while. My Mark VII's frame rotted out and broke on me and while contemplating on what to do with it I was on CL playing around and found this:

The best part is I picked it up for $700. 2 owner car. 3 technically, but the guy I'm buying it from, took it in trade from a friend and was going to use it for a winter car. But with another kid on the way he had to sell it.

She has 75k miles. No body rust but the trunk floor near the gas tank. The undercarriage is ok for a 28yr old NY car. It has some rust but nothing major. I've got some future plans for it. Like maybe a swap to carb and some wheels.

Looks good. It is time to clean up any surface rust and undercoat it. In my opinion, if the TBI works ok, keep it.

Thanks everyone! I plan on hitting the rust as soon as I can and I'll probly keep the tbi this year but next year I might go with a 4bbl.

Will Mark VII wheels fit on a panther?

Thanks again everyone! Before she can go on the road she needs a gas tank and exhaust. I'll try and get some interior pics up in the next couple days.

That's beautiful! I'm jealous! It would look sick with a blue tint job and blue LED's. Even if you leave it stock it's still beautiful.
