    Shocks

I would like to replace the shocks on my 94mgm. The rears seem ok, but the fronts are shot. I noticed rockauto has some real good prices on shocks for our cars. What would you all recomend? I am definitely wanting to stiffen up the front end a lot.

Rockauto has the Heavy duty KYB. That would be a good choice. I just was on the site. Lots of Motorcraft also available.

Gas-a-justs on my 97 made a huge difference.

I guess I should also say that I'm on a budget. So basically i'm looking for the stiffest shock for the least money.

I got the KYB Gas Ajust shocks and were at a very reasonable price for all 4 at $140.00 shipping included.

Out of all of the motorcraft shocks, which is best? I'm ready to buy, just not sure which one.
I figure I just can't go wrong at that price.

what kind of ride comfort are you going for? stiffer shocks will give harsher ride... obviously.

I would get the Motorcraft shocks for the same year CV with Police package. Nice stiff ride.

Any idea what the part number is?

search the parts list for "with police/taxi" with the brand Motorcraft. Should only be one option for your year car.

I went with Motorcraft 443, forgot the letter part of the part number. Said Police in the description. When they get here and I install them i'll let you all know how they ride.
