    Scottfest 2014

Since no one else has made one yet, I figured I would. There needs to be a Scottfest 2014! Anyone with me? Or am I the only one who wants to do this? I want to hang out, do junkyard runs, kick everyone's ass at the dragstrip and not stay up all night and not work on my car (for those of you there last year, know what I'm talking about lol)! Lets go!!! I figure the second weekend in August (following the past events) which would put Scottfest 2014 August 8th to the 11th.

If my wife will let me go, I might consider bringing the Mad Marquis... especially if Ivan could fab up another of those grill guards. Will need to talk to the wife though.

A shame she and little Jane can't come too! Would be a lot of fun! Haven't seen Anne since Scottfest '11

I'm up for it, but it may be another year with the Mark VII if I don't find someone to put the towncar back together yet again. Or maybe I'll just bring the damn Chevy, its more useful for junkyard runs.

I was going to wait until next weekend to start this thread becuase it would have been 6 months out, but this works too!
                I'll be there.
What vehicle I bring depends on if/when we buy a house this summer.
Well, I could just bring the Tank and ring out John's box on the track.

May sound like a dumb question but has anyone asked Scotty?? I am sure he will be up to it, health wise, but one does need to ask.

I don't think I'll be able to make it again this year...but maybe someday lol. 2800 miles and two 8 hour ferry crossings to get there and come home again is a long trip!

Well maybe not, but I would really try hard.

Since my schedule is always changing, I'll say the same thing I do every year since it's way early...I hope to be there again! As long as nothing weird changes with work, then I'll be good to go!
