    Trasmisision cooler

Thinking of adding on to my 1998 GMQ

    Any one add one?
Saw the ones at Rock Auto and the one on ADTR.

Anyone have a favorite product type or recommendations?

While researching this very issue it appears that stacked plate coolers have the best heat transfer. Next is plate and fin, then tube and fin.

    http://www.becontrols.com has some good info.

I ran two tube and fin coolers on my C4, a 6 pass and an 8 pass cooler inline with each other. With a 3000 stall converter the fluid stayed cool, only time the temp would climb was staging and holding it at 2600, and even then it never got too hot
