Alright, enough with the teasing. Here's your stereotypical beauty shot before starting on the work, also partially showing the homemade dash cover preventing the minty fresh dash pad from cracking:

Then I cleaned off my $3 dollar PI air dam in the tub and used 4 self threading screws to put it on, I love this look, even though you can see the paint failing on my grille:

Then I finally bolted up the hangers for the exhaust. I took the headers and catless H pipe from the blue one, and bought new tails, midpipes, and a pair of Thrush Welded mufflers (essentially cheaper versions of Flowmaster Super 40s). Needless to say her bark is much, much worse than her bite. All 100 hp will get you if you're not careful:

Also a view of just how clean it is underneath.

And finally I started on some of the minimal body work. When I removed the granny trim, I found some light surface rust on the drivers side quarter. Wanting to avoid it getting worse, I promptly sandblasted and primer sealed it so it won't happen again. Once it gets set up I'll spray a coat of paint over it so the primer isn't exposed to moisture. Also in the process I started removing the rivets that held the trim on.

I'm getting it ready for winter storage. It will be inside (thank god) but just getting some last second things cleaned up while I'm home for fall break.
