Would be cool to install a ecoboost 4 banger and 6 speed trany from a Focus

It should run low 12s high 11s with 270 HP or so at a bit less than 2000lbs (just dreaming)

There is an engine in there? lol. A newer power train would be cool.

Half a motor anyway. Notice the thick green wire foud it goes to the Lamba sensor it s a shielded wire and was all chewed up were it goes through the wire loom on the overflow tank hose. So the outer wire (ground to the ECM) was shorting TO THE SENSOR + inner wire. Just repaired that today but have to wounder if it dammaged the ECM.

I'd probably replace the whole run with RG6 (cable TV coax) since I have more than a couple of lengths lying around. and then wrap it in some corrugated loom and tie it down. But then I'm redneck that way.

That would be fun. Tearing appart the wiring harness up into the fire wall into the spare tire well behind the passenger seat remove wires from the ECM attach factory connections and reinstall in ECM plugin. The oxy sensor end attach old plug so it matches plug on the Oxy sensor.

LOL, I was thinking the same thing (the RG6 part) then I scrolled down and I saw this. I've also got at least a couple 50 foot or longer lengths laying around.

if it's that involved... maybe not... but maybe so if I'm actually restoring it as I would want it to be better than original.

Interior cleaned up a bit guess you can tell which seat i cleaned and treated. The seats are leather. Fairly sure the door pannels are also.

The dash actually looks good in that car but, that shifter... I keep wanting to ask, what beer is on tap?

The plug at the Oxy senso end is molded in so it would have to be spliced any way.
