Last time I said something was ready to fire, I caught the car on fire. I'd be careful what you say around the car. It may take it wrong.

Should not even waste your time with a T5, especially with a stage 2 clutch.

                      BUY-A-TKO Used, they're pretty good.

                      Did you paint the block?

I'm gonna give the t-5 a shot because i have it and its already paid for. i didn't paint the block yet, i might mask off under the heads and spray it quick before i drop it in, tomorrow i'm ordering the last 3 major pieces, carb, alternator and starter, once i get a hold of a hoist i'm gonna put the new flywheel/clutch kit on and the real fun begins if i have time this weekend i'm going to get the car out and get the engine bay cleaned up a bit and it it ready for the engine, she'll be running soon!

a few more pics of the engine, i got the new belt tensioner on there, i'm also going to try to keep the a/c system functional because i'm a fat kid and i hate being in a hot car in the summer, lol

the summit 1 wire alternator... send it back and do the 3g alt. They are nightmares and everyone including myself burns them out like every few months until giving up and going 3g. The 3g alt I have is 140amps and a single wire unit plus the little exciter wire and that's it. Annnnd you can walk into any parts place and pick up another if/when it burns out in 10-15yrs.
