    Hello from west-central Florida

    Have lived in Lakeland, FL, between Tampa and Orlando on the I-4 corridor for 7 years after living in the Florida Keys for 25 years. Currently own a 2010 Toreador Red Mercury Grand Marquis Ultimate Edition, or as my wife calls it "another loveable fat ass Ford"!

    We have had Lincolns - my first a 1979 with suicide rear doors et all, LTDs, Mustangs and now the Grand Marquis. My love of Mercs started back in the 1950s with the convertible in my avator while stationed in MI on Okinawa ...

    Sorry to see the line end, but see where Lincoln has a new concept biggie out so maybe Ford is getting the message that some of us old farts love our fat-ass luxury rigs! Dave
    Have enjoyed many, many years of loving Mercurys ... will drive one until I die!
