I need to get some sheet metal sometime this week, and fabricate (lol) a base plate to cover the gaping hole. The big problem is the hole needed for clearance for the mid shift position hump. Nothing my angle grinder can't accomplish!

They are far from perfect, but they cleaned up good.

I also got the clutch adjusted just right. So fun to drive! I also figured out the little quirks with the TKO and its notchiness. I will consider this swap a complete success! Later one I need to go get some more self-tapping screws so I can install my lower boot and the plate I fabricated to cover the big gaping hole in my floor. It will quiet it down quite a bit.

The wheels are perfect for the car. I love turbines. So sad I cannot run them.

I'm running the closest thing to stock turbines I can, Mark VII LSC turbines. If they made the lacey Lincoln turbines in a 16", I'd have those on my car in a minute.

I did a little one-tire fire today. It's been fun hooning around in this thing! I am going to be chasing some drivability problems passively while I wait for the funds to get my exhaust finished. I also wired up the reverse lights properly and fixed the turn signals. A blown fuse was preventing my reverse lights and turn signals from working. Who knows what that was all about!

Nice! Turbines look great too! Best Panther wheels ever (HPPs, are a very close second)

                              Thanks mang.

The merk is quiet inside once again! Built a cover plate out of some steel, seam sealed it and screwed it down. Also installed the mustang lower boot (as a gasket/lower boot) and the Lokar upper boot I got from Brent (visionmercury). It's a redneck/temp job, but works well enough that the inside of the car is quiet when hooning around with an open H pipe!
