At this rate, she'll be a beastly street machine long before SF2016! You might even have it done before Bobcat's '85.... despite his head start.

At the rate we move nowadays, it still may be awhile

So I was going to use my old '83 vintage Texas plates to register it as an antique today (much cheaper, and I like to keep my stuff registered even if sitting) but they told me they couldn't use my old plates because of "rust". Oh well.

Rust? The fuck? Have they ever seen old NY plates? Those things turned back into their natural elements in 5 years.

She sees the light of day! Of course, I need to get a couple used tires for the rear, clean up my turbines and put the sweet period correct centers on that I got from Scott (MrMarquis).

                          This year's priorities (in order):
                          5 speed
                          Exhaust
                          Bodywork/rust repair

Hopefully I can get all of that done. The vinyl top is coming off this summer, same with all of the trim. Probably both doors to attend to that nasty rust, too.

You also need to plan a move to Australia so the car doesn't fall off the face of the earth.
