    1983 Grand Marquis - 2dr - $1,750

    http://detroit.craigslist.org/mcb/cto/5261125607.html

Nice car from the looks of it, even the top still looks great. I'd buy it if I wasn't a recovering car addict.

I know just the guy in our area who would be interested in that car. Not me, my circumstances do not currently allow it (maybe some day).

The guy I know would want to do an EFI swap anyway. Throw his '89 engine in there, and his '89 AOD while we're at it... problem solved (the harder way).

If things work out and I end up buying a house with a garage next year he might even have a place where he can work on it, and that would make it easier for me to help him. I already told him I would help him with the swap if he ever bought an older CFI or carb car.

Vic, that '91 of yours is getting tired. I could buy it and hold onto it. Taking your engine and swapping that over would be a pretty solid idea. I like that two door...

I think it would be an awesome project to fab up patch panels and rebuild the doors. You guys have the tools for that logan.
