    Cars in Ontario

Ok, so taking a cue from my internet scavenger colleagues, I'm just gonna start a general thread to post things I find rather than a bunch of individual threads.

First up for my cars in Ontario thread:

    A car from Alberta!

    http://www.kijiji.ca/v-cars-trucks/k...ationFlag=true

Looks good... a fair asking price. Love the two tone

Also, a non-cloth interior that looks in great condition.... and remember, Alberta may be cold, but I think they're a no salt on the roads province... mostly because it gets too cold for it to do any good.

That 79' was listed for free at one point. That guy picked it up and tried to flip it for like 4 grand. Now finally dropped the price to a grand. Eventually will end up giving a way same way he got it. lol

I thought it looked familiar. Still though, money making schemes aside, if the car is in halfway decent shape it would be worth it to throw the guy a couple hundo for his trouble. Maybe someone could get it for a case of beer?

Bummer... hard to find a good rear bumper. I was at 86 U-Pull today in Wroxeter and they have a 79 2 door. The rear bumper from the shiny outside looked really good, but the structure behind it had a rust hole I could stick my all of the fingers on my left hand through. What a tease!

On the other hand... if anyone is looking for a pair of rear taillight lenses in really good shape, they are waiting for you there. Also they have a 91 Grand Marquis there that didn't look terrible as far as parts cars go.

Was it a 79' Marquis or LTD? Did it have the unique 79' nose?
