anyway to monitor fuel pressure on a CFI motor?

I am wanting to monitor the fuel pressure on my 84 Town car. I want to see if the fuel pump is running correctly and putting out a consistent pressure.

I believe there is a test port on the top or side of the CFI unit. Pull the air cleaner and you should find it. Looks just like a tire valve sticking up in there.
