enough for two boxes of burgers? 64 hamburger buns, and 64 hot dog buns? not a huge turnout it looks like, but the kids eat alot, i dont mind letting them in on the fun, as long as they behave.

Note to self.....Don't try a new recipe...After working 15 hours...The night before ScottFest...I don't have the time (or money) to do my usual meatfest of a Chile Vat and all the 'fixins this year. I saw what looked like a good recipe for Mac and Cheese...Found a good gluten free pasta, I thought I would give it a whirl...Hmm a quart of heavy cream? A stick and a half of butter? 8 cups of Cheddar? A cup of Parmesan? A cup of Romano? A dash of pepper? What could go wrong? If some cheese is good, maybe morer is betterer...Added extra cheese...Lots of extra cheese...Is it supposed to look like this? Thin brown liquid surrounding a ball of glop? Maybe more heat? Hmm no...Try less heat? AH, no...Liquid & glop...Mix with pasta? What are you, kidding? Nothing will mix with this short of, I don't know, sulfuric acid? Oh well, I'll pour off the liquid, and try to mix the remainder with the pasta...Who am I kidding? There is no mixing involved...Just stretch the glop over the pasta & bake it in the morning. Hope you guys like it....At least I had good music, Jethro Tull's "This Was"...in stereo...through one speaker stretched into the kitchen..Ok half good music LOL. MityMerc out.
