Looks like a standard 87+ HO throttle body to me. EGR spacer is off a Lightning though. If yours has 2 pegs on it instead of a peg and a hole, thats a 1986 part. I believe those were smaller, 55mm or something.

That's an Explorer throttle body. 65mm.
1990 MGM: $50 E7 heads, HO cam, Holley SysteMAX lower intake, HO upper intake with an Explorer TB. LSC ECM. Lincoln logs into stock dual exhaust. K&N drop in air filter. Wide ratio AOD, 2400 converter with a 3.08 one tire fire out back. Car is less slow now. Then there's the '92 Beater. Dual 2.25" exhaust with shiny tips. Rumbles nice. Super slow. Burns oil too.

Agreed, it's an Explo TB with a Lightning spacer behind it. Procedure for swapping the levers is the same tho, hence why he posted those pictures even tho they're not of an exact HO setup.

throttle lever is an HO part, not an Explorer bit. Doesn't appear to be previously swapped either.

Yeah, looks like you're right on that. He must have had one hell of a blasting job done on that HO TB to make it look this clean tho. OK, so then that's exactly what the lever swap looks like. You'd think I'd know that, given how many I've done, lol

I purchased the pieces as a lighting set up. No idea if I actually got that....aside from the egr spacer of course.

Could be Lightning then. No clue what their throttle linkage setup was.
