Are the scissors there in case things go horribly wrong with the cleaning process and needs to be disposed of?

Wow, those look good. I've always just taken my mats to the spray wash and powerwashed the bejesus out of them, it's amazing how much crap comes out of there even when they look clean.

Awesome! Some folks don't like the green glow of the dash but I find it soothing, especially when I can roll my windows down on a warm-ish evening.

I like my stuff to be stock, adds authenticity to the ride ya know.

Ah, Ford's factory headlight aim job. "Lets have the driver's side point all the way to the passenger side and have it low. As for the passenger side, lets have that slightly to the right and higher than the driver's side. Greaat." Spent a lot of time getting mine right where I liked it, brights too.

Enjoyed a similar moment with the '89 in late 2014, always a good time. Brings back the good feels and the good memories. Neat how the color goes to almost white in the sun to gunmetal gray in the shadows!

Damn it that car is pretty. Think I need at least one of each panther to truly be happy. Already have wheel ideas for the next car, or may just sell these to my buddy that has my old '98 and get the new ones I want. Time will tell.

This road trip just turned awesome. I was visiting my cousins shop and we were able to retrofit and fill the car with 134a. It still had a little pressure when hooked up the gauges so hopefully it wont leak out. I bet Im good though. So stoked to have this AC going again!!!

Still having pressure with R12 is a great sign IMO. Means nothing got in it, although your compressor and the hose coming off of it with that drum thingy appears to be aftermarket. On my '88 and Ashley's old '89 that thingy is painted black. Not that that's a bad thing by any means. My '85 ate three compressors total and my '88 chewed it's original up last year. '88 was original but with zero pressure in the system, stuff was probably dry for too long.
