    That's what I am guessing, I have rented it from Autozone (borrow a tool). I was going to rent another tool from somewhere else.

        I have a craftsman pressure tester, but I just don't have the one with the shrader valve fitting. But those two links...I mean come on for 20 bux lol

          What came up for me on your link is a compression tester. That is not for fluids. That is to check the pressure of the engine cylinders.

            yup I know. I kinda caught myself (in text) with realizing that's not for what I need, I can't believe autozone is changing me 150 bus for this tool to "rent"

                I got the fuel pressure tester off the rack at AZ for $45.

                  I have seen cases where the "pin" on the middle of the gauge fitting was damaged or too low to push in the valve on the fuel rail enough to read. If there is an extra O ring jammed up inside of the adapter, that'll do it too.
