first pic, push down on the tab that says "push" then the connectors unplug.
The vacuum lines just pull off.
Second is the throttle cable. It pulls straight down. There is also a TV cable opposite it that you can't see. It will use either a small retaining clip and a brass bushing, or it will have a plastic bushing that will fall apart when you touch it. Install the brass bushing if you don't have it. Do not drive the car without it installed, it will kill the transmission.
In stock form there are coolant lines connected to the back side of the EGR spacer. Replace those hoses while you have it off, and do not connect them to a vacuum port by accident. The engine doesn't appreciate being pumped full of antifreeze.

Whatever it is, shop vac it out. Don't let the car sit for long time, rodents will move back in. Had some try setting up camp in the air filter housing on top of my engine, that's solid 4ft of crawl thru a 3" plastic pipe coated in diesel engine oil vapor residue - determined little sucker that one must have been to endure that continuously. He was apparently also an asshole, as he used my prefilter for bedding material, and those ain't cheap.

The ones who accomplish nothing, are the wise who know when to quit.
Haha, rats ARE assholes Ghosty. They like to chew things up where they're hard to get to, the little fuckers. Yup, shop-vac that shit out and try not to breathe the dust. Rat piss and shit is full of bad-for-you stuff. Best to replace any vacuum line you see while in there as they will all be in lousy shape.
Its mostly the ones under the intake itself that are the problem. The ones on the firewall are generally in decent shape and can be changed without taking the engine apart if you do need to replace them. If they're still flexible and not cracked, I wouldn't worry so much about it.
No clamps needed as long as they fit properly.
