    Enable clock for 2004 Towncar

I just installed a phone mount in my mother's 2004 Towncar. As much as she loves the location, it blocks the analog clock dial. Does anyone know if the 2004 towncar radio has the clock disabled in the same manor as the 98-02 Crown Vic radios? Where Grounding pin 4 disables the clock and removing ground from pin 4 enables it.

    The radio looks like this.

Looking at the plugs posted here; http://www.lincolnsonline.com/forum/...ad.php?t=73999 it appears that the clock enable/disable is no longer part of the harness. Likely, like everything else, it has become a programmable feature rather than a simple jumper.

      I don't know about TC's, but I did the enable/disable thing on a 04 GM.
And had no problem with it.
