    Lightening EGR Spacer

It looks like I have all the parts short of injectors, valve springs...those are easier to source. I just bought a whole Ford Exploder so I have a lot of what I need.

I'm looking for the elusive Lightening EGR Spacer. To fit to a 96 Exploder motor with box linkage swapped over to it. Anyone have one for sale?

Couldn't the existing EGR spacer be bored out, or is that only something you can do with the HO intake setup over the Explorer intake setup?

Don't like idea of boring out. Read the walls get thin. Not doing that.

The stock spacer can't really be bored out past HO throttle body size. It gets too thin. I guess if you filled the space around the bore with JB Weld or something to give it a seal surface it might work but its dicey.
