    Back in the game, mangs

While my wife and I were searching for a new family vehicle for us and our 4 kids, she and I discussed something. We both decided that having a commuter vehicle for me was a great idea. Naturally, I looked at Panthers. Among other reasons, I like them very much and having a bench seat up front will allow us to transport all of our kids around in a pinch. Fortunately, a friend's aunt had this town car that she was looking to get rid of simply to get into a newer car. It only cost us $500.

It's a 97 Town Car Signature Series with 127k. True, it's not crazy special but its mine and its great to drive a Panther again.
Yes, the intake has the aluminum crossovers lol.
No special name for it yet. I could say Magna281 but not sure yet.

Congrats, you got the rare "Down Under" edition. Does that make it difficult to drive on US roads? Just thinking that getting in and out of the vehicle must be something of a challenge.

          Welcome back.

Nothing special my ass, if nothing else it has great traction! Looks very nice man, and good to see there's some other poor bastard here from California, although you probably live somewhere nicer.

The crazy part is he chose to move there. He used to live a couple minutes away from me. When he still had Magna he let me drive it; that was an awesome car.

Sure was and I miss my Magna. I'm just glad to have a Panther again. Since I left MI, I now have 3 daughters and a son. They're 5, 2, 1 and 7 weeks (that's the son)
