It has a stress crack near the lower throttle linkage bolt and at the upper EGR coolant pipe. I would recommend to bypass them. It may hold pressure but I would not want to guarantee anything
The stress crack near the lower throttle linkage bolt does not hinder its performance. Nothing is wobbly and will hold no problem.
The rest of the spacer is in really nice condition. Stripped and repainted with engine primer, engine aluminum and engine clear paint.
