I came across this list of door hinge part numbers for boxes after an hour or two of google searching. The roller is missing from my driver's side hinge and the metal tabs where it mounts are significantly worn down. Those hinges are still difficult to come by, however, there seems to be a decent supply of NOS hinges for the other doors floating around. Thought I'd share the part numbers in case anyone is interested.
