I know it’s been a while since my last post, but I felt compelled to share an update with this car. She has received several upgrades, and is now quite the “Hot Rod Lincoln”. Since my last post, she has received:

-MHS Stage 2 heads and cams
      -Stainless Works long tube headers
-80mm MAF and PI zip tube
      -75mm BBK throttle body
      -Accufab plenum
      -24# Ford Racing injectors
(above work was performed by Virginia Speed in Virginia Beach, VA)

... and she just got back from Dallas, GA where Marty and his team did a T56 manual swap and 4.30 gears with an Auburn limited slip. Dyno tuning showed 264 horsepower and 298 torque at the rear wheels. Quite a rush.

That looks awesome. Maybe find a Procharger for it?
These are highly engineered precision vehicles, the first step in diagnosing the problem is to strike the suspected offending part sharply and repeatedly with a blunt object, then re-test.

Cool. What shifter handle (part number) did you use.

A stick Lincoln? Is it 1940 again? Just kidding. I bet it’s a blast to drive. Wish I had time to convert one of mine.

I don't know the exact part number of the shifter, but I'm sure that if you call Marty he could tell you. I wish i could go forced induction, but the wife wants a pool. So maybe next year there will be a supercharger in her future.
