Box/aero seat swap?

Thanks for the tips. I've got spine issues from the army or i'd be drivin an old firebird around. But with a back worse than my 84 year old neighbor, i need an old guy car. Even then my back is fussy about the seats.

Last year I drove a 95 LXvic cross country no problems. found a 96tc with similar seats near me, getting scrapped for a rotten frame. Was hoping to swap seats into my 88 but sounds like more than i can do. Car has a good dual exhaust motor and running gear, pretty nice interior. Anybody interested send me a note and i'll get you the guy's contact info. He has a trailer, could probably deliver local but his health ain't the greatest. i don't think he wants much for it.

My inelegant solution has been to fold up a bath towel and put it behind my lower back so I don't sink into it like a hunchback old lady. Should be able to fish some foam between the original foam and the springs to push it out.
