Get a D60, narrow down to whatever you want it to be, weld up some link mounts, drop in aftermarket axles drilled to your desired bolt pattern, done. 35-spline 1.5" shafts, good luck breaking them with anything resembling a streetable passenger car tire. Or get a ready-made one from a narrow-track vehicle and run the full-float hubs, who gives a shit you got 8 lugs on the rear and 5 in the front when the rears are spinning so fast the tires are making enough smoke to warrant a visit from the local fire department
