      Nope, just the alarm for North Residence Hall telling them when breakfast closes on Saturday

      It’s a sweet, sweet demonic roar though, even if it did slow the car a wee bit.

        Detailed the engine bay this afternoon. Have a car show I am going to Saturday, figured it was finally time. Turned out rather well.

          Replaced the stock door speakers yesterday, same ones I used for the rear deck. There is a slight sound difference, just enough to tell it isn’t stock if you’ve heard a stock panther sound system.

                Bought a Lincoln LS throttle body I am going to try and adapt to the Merc. Near as I can tell, it’s a 70mm unit I pulled off a 3.9L V8 engine. Big concern I can think of will be intake tube, as I am pretty sure I can machine it the way I want.

                    Gave in to a whim and spent $20 at walmart for the tools I need for the throttle body. I may modify more of them for other Panther owners if the results are satisfactory, so I consider the costs well spent. Going on this weekend.

                      Installed the throttle body today. Had to get an adaptor for the P71 zip tube, opening was too large. Recommend going to a CAI style pipe to the air box if someone did that upgrade.

                        I know for my 2000 MGM, a 2004 CVPI zip tube is both too short and too big at the air box end. Apparently some people cut off the air box end of the original zip tube and clamp the CVPI zip tube over it, though that's not something I'd bother doing. What did you use for an adapter?

                          Got a 4” to 3” intake coupler. Had a 4” to 3.5” ring I used on the 4” end

                                I’ll get them in the morning, had to replace the shocks I blew while testing throttle body on car. Too dark now
