There's a car in a junkyard in Detroit that has this. 89 Crown Vic.
If nobody has one already pulled and time allows, I can try to get it after the meet this coming Saturday.
There is a common issue these develop where the button contacts corrode and start requiring a lot of force to operate, or not work at all. I will have no way of knowing if it has that problem, so you'll find out when you wire it up.
