I believe so (not certain), but you need to reliably connect the supplied pigtail because this sensor uses the newer Ford connector and does not directly attach to the connector on the car.
I would just use any of the many other correct ones out there instead. -

I’m using the newer Motorcraft one listed above. Splicing on the connector isn’t terribly hard. The bag includes heatshrink tubing, the crimps, connector, and sensor.
Mine works fine.

The TX6 is what I put in The Scab a week or two ago. White box as stated.
I had a rough idle when the engine was cold that I was able to solve with that sensor. So far so good.Vic
