    Grand Marquis Trim Package?

This car is for sale locally, and seems to be in good shape for the price. I was just curious about that grill. Is it aftermarket? Maybe a dealer installed option? Never seen one like it.Click image for larger version

looks aftermarket, and honestly kind of terrible. Kinda reminds me of a Dodge Dynasty grille. Either way it doesn't really seem to fit the car properly based on the hood ornament pitch.

That’s one of those “Rolls Royce” knockoff grilles with a ‘88-‘91 hood ornament just jammed in there. Definitely not factory or dealer addon, just one of those blingy things that look bad.

Oh ok, just curious. I agree the grill looks very out of place, and basically looks like sh*t. The car is in good shape though otherwise.

Assuming it runs nice for $1 you could splurge to make it stock and still have a great deal.

Does not look too bad overall if I block out the grille from the pictures. lol

Check out the wheel well arches really good. Those aftermarket trims may be hiding something. Also, what is up with the drivers side rear door. It has some weirdness about it up above the window....Something is funky about the drivers side lower bumper as well.

Exterior looks pretty beat, but certainly the opposite on the inside.

for a grand its not a bad deal, junkyard trip for a stock grille will have it back to decent. Just make sure you look close for rust, especially hidden under the chrome wheel arch trim. Thats a common old trick to hide rust just starting to form.

That rear window is being held up with black duct tape. Probably what you are seeing.

Not interested in buying this car btw, just curious on the grill. My Lincoln is enough of a project.

I saw this car while searching CL last week. I thought the grille looked like an early aero TC grille but after looking at some aero TC grilles I don't think so.
+1 The funny angle of the hood ornament says not professionally done (dealer add on, coach builder, upfitter, etc.)

Also, is the rear driver side window taped up? Might need a new window motor or the cable is off track or snapped.
