    Under hood painting and dress up

    Completed painting engine cover and fuse cover. Used duplicolor high temp universal white. Added 4.6 emblem and 1950s style Mercury head. Pleased with the results. Thanks ClayBelt for the tips.

      Its not for me put I applaud the effort.

      Painting engine plastics can be kind of a bear. I hope the paint holds out for you.

        Looks nice. I would have gone with gunmetal myself... but color preference is rather a personal thing and as long as you like it, that's what matters.
