Emergency Parking Brake Release Vacuum Leak Question

I was reading a bit about this on here from a thread from 6 years ago, but there was no photo included of the Emergency Parking Brake Release Switch, so I took a photo this morning that I figured folks would appreciate.

Question: Is it the white line that needs to be plugged and tied up out of the way? If so, can the black line be just left alone and ignored?

    Thanks.

I don't remember which line, but if you unplug it while the engine is running its easy enough to ID. Plug the vacuum line, the other one can just be left alone.

Plug the black one. That's the vacuum source from the firewall. The white one is the one to the actuator.
