All the wrong info. Phone number in pics usually makes me cringe. Pics aren’t from New York or Tulsa at this time of year. And Groves is a dealership in Missouri. I mean it could all be legit but there are too many red flags for me.
I watched the video. How does a seller claim never driven in the rain. It’s got almost 100k miles. It’s from tornado alley. It rains all the time!!!! I bet grandpa got caught in the rain at least a couple times.
Wherever the car is, the paint does look sharp.

1988 Crown Vic LTD Wagon - waiting in the wings
There was a '91 CV with the same color scheme for sale in AZ that I came across on CL a few days ago. It had '91 turbines and '91 clear corners, otherwise I would have thought this was the same car. Unfortunately the seller of that one wanted a reasonable (steal of a) price and that ad is already gone.
+1 they are looking at manufacture date I'm the door and assuming '89 model year.
Nice car alright, it's as clean as my '88. That color combo was really popular around this area. Unless buying from the original owner, I'd always ignore whatever they say about rain or snow exposure. Let the car speak for itself.
