    Is this Lincoln #4???
Yes, but I think I'm close to deciding the black LSC is a parts donor. I can slap it back together enough to drive but I really lack the motivation.

Put the factory fogs back on. Brackets from the black Mark VII, 2 springs from 87VicGT, assorted Marchal parts from the box of random crap.

I also replaced the struts and strut mounts recently. Didn't get pics of the strut swap process but its really not that exciting. I did get some pics of the strut mounts before and after. Black washers are what were on the car, silver washers are new. Maybe not super obvious but the old mounts had a lot more lean to the strut. Pretty sure its because these mounts were designed for a 1000 lb lighter Ford Fairmont. Can't get the original Lincoln mounts anymore. The Continental and Mark VII had a unique strut mount that was way more beefy than the rest of the Fox platform. The aftermarket solution is basically to replace those with standard Fox mounts.

For reference, the original strut mounts look like this. The Continental still rocks originals at 190k. The white Mark VII went 170k on originals and is on it's third set in 60k. The black Mark VII went 225k on originals, and 20k later they were visibly distorted and off center.

Watched the video of it on YouTube, really nice car. The interior is mint and underhood is extremely clean. Need to find one like that.
