All good, TV pressure set at 39 PSI.

Tore down the old transmission yesterday for shits and giggles. All the clutch discs are burned AF, fluid is black and stinks of burnt odour.

Large diameter O-ring on the 2-3 accumulator piston was cut. Only thing I could easily see that could cause issues like I was having.

I see this as an opportunity to try my hand at doing a transmission overhaul. I'll fix the O-ring, replace the burnt up clutch discs and bands and keep it aside as a spare to get me out of a jam if my new old transmission quits on me.

Sorry for the late update, crazy busy with work lately and just haven't been posting so much as I should be.

          Good to hear.
I have the original from the MegaMerc, I hope to delve into a rebuild at some point too.

that doesn't sound right though. I can see a bad leak possibly causing issues in 3 and maybe 4 if pressure stays on that circuit but I don't see how it would affect anything in 1 or 2. I could be dead wrong but I just don't see where the 2-3 accumulator would have any pressure applied in 1 or 2.
