Keyless key pad swap from 84 TC to 90 GM

I am wanting to swap the keypad from the town car to our 1990 Grand Marquis. The keypad is a given, what else do I need to pull off the Lincoln to do this swap.

    Where are these modules located?

    Thanks

the keyless entry module lives in the passenger side, sort of next to the glovebox. Its a black box with the key code on it, kind of a chunky thing. There is a harness between the keypad and that box.

The box takes the place of the lock and unlock relays that should live in basically the same area on the 90 GM. You really need both EVTM to figure out what wires need splicing to where. .
