Need a 1993-1995 Ford F-150 Lightning EGR Spacer

    Hey everyone,

I just got a good running 96' explorer motor & I want to stick with the factory style GT40 intake & explorer throttle body.

I need a F-150 Lightning EGR Spacer to do this. Anyone have one they want to sell?

Let me know your price. I can pay via paypal. I'm located in 76126

    All the best, Kyle.

Sand blasted and powder coated in Machine Gray. Beautiful piece.

Will come with new Felpro gasket for egr spacer to plenum, egr spacer to throttle body and egr valve.

Ill even throw in a panther throttle body lever as that has to be swapped onto your explorer throttle body. All you will have to do is grind the tab off the explorer throttle lever..pry it off. Drill and tap the shaft and screw on the lever I will send with the spacer. The lever has been powder coated gloss black and will be the proper one for your 1987 wagon.

          Ill do one better.

Ill give you a shaft, butterfly and the throttle lever that has been already tapped and ready to go from a 65mm throttle body.

In theory all you do now is unscrew the throttle blade butterfly on your existing throttle body. Knock out the shaft and slide this one in and reinstall the butterfly and set the spring tension correctly against the throttle do not touch screw mount.
