I think I may have asked this before; but I can't find the thread or the post. I have what looks like a 12AWG wire that terminates at the starter relay with a circuit breaker. The picture below is from 2017; so I'm guessing that I wanted to do something about that; but failed to follow-up. So my question is; is this a circuit breaker or a fusible link? It's the rusty box behind my finger. There are no markings on it that I can see. The wire runs over the blower motor and disappears. When the weather breaks; I will get underneath and trace it better.

my car starts and it has AC. Yours doesn't start and it has no AC. Seems obvious to me.
